At Manila’s Atelier, we take great care in ensuring that every piece of jewelry reaches you in perfect condition. All our products go through strict quality checks before dispatch. However, if you happen to receive a damaged product, we are here to help—subject to the policy below.

We do not accept returns for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect size selection, or personal preferences. We encourage you to read product descriptions carefully and reach out to us for any queries before placing an order.

Refunds are only processed if:

• You receive a damaged or defective product, AND
   
• You provide a clear unboxing video showing the issue.
   

The video must:

• Start from the unopened package
   
• Clearly show the unboxing process
   
• Show the damage/defect clearly without edits or interruptions
   

Without this video proof, we regret that we cannot process a refund.

If your refund is approved, the amount will be credited to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.

• Your order number
   
• A brief description of the issue
   
• The unboxing video as described above
   

Our team will review the request and respond within 2–3 business days.
